Introduction: Beyond the Physical

We are both body and soul—physical and energetic beings—intertwined in a constant dialogue. Yet, we often unintentionally forget our energetic essence and over-identify with our physical form. This misalignment creates a sense of separation, confusion, and disconnection from our true power. It limits us. We forget we are more than our titles, problems, and thoughts.

The Illusion of Identity: Defining Ourselves by the External

From an early age, we’re taught to define ourselves through the lens of the physical world in which we measure our worth by tangible results—marital status, number of children, academic achievements, career milestones, and so on. We are conditioned to identify with this three-dimensional experience, rarely pausing to question what lies beneath. This three-dimensional lens reduces our sense of identity to what is seen and neglects what is felt—our energetic nature. This keeps us tethered to the material world, blinding us to the unseen forces that shape our experience: our energy, thoughts, emotions, and frequency.

This fragmented view of self—a disconnection between body and mind—is not new. In fact, it’s rooted in flawed thinking from the 17th century with philosopher RenĂ© Descartes, who argued for a sharp separation between matter (the body) and mind (the soul), creating a chasm that shaped centuries of misunderstanding about human consciousness. He categorized matter as part of science and mind as part of religion/spirituality, admitting he couldn't find a way to reconcile the two.

Later, English scientist Isaac Newton cemented this division further, focusing purely on physical laws—what could be measured, predicted, and seen—while leaving energy and consciousness undefined from scientific legitimacy. This dualistic worldview led us to believe that we are passive subjects of a material world we cannot influence.

This flawed dichotomy alienated us from the truth: energy and matter are not separate.

As a result, we've inherited a lens that sees life as limited, fixed, and externally controlled. And when we believe we are separate from life, we forget we have any influence over it.

What If the Opposite Is True? We CAN affect the material world

Imagine instead for a moment that we aren’t simply being acted upon by the world—but that we have the power to influence it.

Energy is after all the very essence of all things matter as Einstein later shed light on (pun intended). Einstein and modern quantum physicists flipped this script on classical physics. Einstein’s work challenged old assumptions, showing that matter and energy are not separate, but two expressions of the same thing. Light itself behaves as both a wave (energy) and a particle (matter)—they are different expressions of the same thing.

This revelation cracked open the doorway to quantum physics. The deterministic, Newtonian view says life is fixed and predictable, leaving no room for transformation. In contrast, quantum physics reveals that life is probabilistic and full of infinite possibility. This shift in perspective, echoed by thinkers like Dr. Joe Dispenza, opens the path for profound transformation. Reality is not solid—it’s energy vibrating at frequencies that we interpret through our senses.

✹ Matter cannot exist without energy.

✹We Are Energy First, Matter Second

The Observer Effect: You Create Reality

Quantum physics teaches us that at the subatomic level, what we perceive as "solid" objects are 99.9999% empty space—pure energy. Atoms—the building blocks of matter—are made of subatomic particles that are 99.9999% space, vibrating energies at different frequencies. What brings this energy into physical form? Our observation.

This quantum phenomenon, known as the Observer Effect (AKA the “collapse of the wave function”—a phenomenon proving that our attention can influence outcomes), suggests we influence reality through our focus and consciousness. What we call “reality” is simply energy taking temporary form. When a particle is observed, it “collapses” into a defined state. Until that moment, it exists in a state of potential. What you focus on doesn’t just reflect reality—it shapes it. The act of observing influences what becomes real. Your attention has power.

Reality is a vibration slowed down to a frequency your senses can decode.

So what if we stopped being passive observers and started being conscious creators?

A New Vision of The (Quantum) Self: Becoming Who We’re Meant to Be

You are not your past. Not your story. Not your habits.

You are a wave of energy interacting with a field of infinite potential.

From this perspective, you are not your body or circumstances—you are a vibrational being with the capacity to shape your reality. The quantum field contains infinite versions of you, waiting to be called forth through focused awareness, thought, intention, emotion, and aligned action.

If potential versions of ourselves exist in the quantum field as energy, then who we become is not fixed—it’s activated through intention and observation. By aligning our emotional state and awareness with the version you want to become, the field responds and we can pull these potential selves into reality.

By shifting attention from our physical body (matter) to our consciousness (energy), we enter the quantum field—a space of infinite potential.

This field holds every possible version of ourselves. When we focus our attention, we collapse the wave of potential and bring forth one reality. We become the version we align our energy with.

We are all One and can call forth the being we want to become.

Conclusion: Rethinking Reality

The deterministic model says: “This is who you are, deal with it.”

The quantum model says: “This is who you could be—choose it.”

You are not fixed. You are a frequency. A vibration. A wave of potential energy. Your job is not to control reality—it’s to tune into the one that reflects who you truly are.

The old deterministic worldview limits who we think we can become. The quantum view reminds us that we are creators. And your conscious awareness holds the power to collapse possibility into reality.

CTA (Call to Action):

✹ Take time each day to disconnect from the physical noise and connect with your energetic essence. Observe your thoughts. Feel your emotions. Shift from what you see to what you believe.

You are not your past. You are not your body.

You are energy. You are possibility. You are potential in motion.
